I have been a part of the Living Word Staff since 1996. I am the Senior Pastor here along with my wife Melissa. I love movies, making them and watching them. I also love backpacking, being outdoors, reading, and learning.

MELISSA CARONNA
Senior Pastor

I became a part of the Living Word Family Church staff in 1996 and I am currently the senior pastor along with my husband Micah. I love being a mom and seeing my son loving life and achieving his goals. I enjoy helping, guiding, and cheering people on while they achieve and grow in the things God has called them to do.  I love seeing children having fun while learning and growing. I love Thanksgiving, Easter, and Disney. I enjoy creating stained glass, folk art, and creative costuming for productions.

JODY MITCHELL
Children’s Pastor

I have attended LWFC since 2005, and have been on staff since March 2007. I enjoy movies (Braveheart, Tombstone, Good Will Hunting, The Jerk, and most superhero movies are among my favorites). I have had an acting role in 5 film projects as well as multiple stage theater productions. I love my wife, a good brisket, and seeing Dads becoming the leader of their kids that God has called them to be.

BRAD HONEYCUTT
Financial Director/Office Manager

I have been a part of LWFC since 2010 and have been on staff since 2012. I work with the lead pastors and management teams, to resource and manage the finances of LWFC. I love spending quality time with my family, and enjoying automobiles & traveling.

ALAN YOUNG
Security Director/IT Manager/Human Resources Manager/Building Care Manager

I have been a part of LWFC since 2000, on staff for since 2008. I lead & serve alongside the security teams. I manage the IT infrastructure of the church. I manage the Human Resources department. I manage the building care teams. I love the beach, traveling with my family, and coaching young people.

HAZEL ADEKUNLE
Data/Logistics Coordinator and Creative Project Management/Building Design

I joined the Living Word family in 2016 and started working on staff in March of 2018 during the Upgrade project. I manage our people database and create and maintain systems and processes that help the staff accomplish ministry goals. Additionally, I develop designs for building improvement projects and work with volunteers to execute the vision. Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago I love warm weather, hiking, trips to the beach, good food, and all things design and organization.
